We’re looking for a Front Office Coordinator who embodies our values of compassion, teamwork, and excellence. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a crucial role in enasuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your responsibilities will include managing patient schedules, handling administrative tasks, and fostering positive relationships with both patients and team members.
Previous experience in a dental office or similar role is required.
Experience with OpenDental Software is a plus!
Familiarity with dental insurance
Confident with Treatment presentations

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Patient Interaction: Greet and check in patients, addressing their needs with a friendly, personable, helpful, and positive demeanor. MUST LOVE CONNECTING WITH PATIENTS!
Scheduling: Manage patient appointments, coordinate scheduling, and handle rescheduling requests efficiently.
Administrative Duties: Handle patient records, insurance verification, billing, presenting treatment, and other office tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between patients and the dental team, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team and team leader to support office operations and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.
Supportive Team: Be part of a team that values each member and fosters a supportive, collaborative environment.
Patient-Centered Care: Engage with patients in a meaningful way, making a difference in their dental journey.
